They are very professional: identified the problem and offered a solution. Unfortunately my computer was not repairable (or very expensive to repair), so they offered a choice of refurbished laptops with a significant discount. Highly recommend.

I brought my laptop in late on a Friday afternoon with a black screen believing it to be on its last legs. They called me midday on Saturday to pick it up, and it was working perfectly. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on a new computer, despite this one being quite old.

I had a Gaming Desktop Computer to repair. I went to the BestBuy, They charged me a lot to repair and they couldn’t fix it and I had same problem.

I was recommended this place by my mother who comes here relatively often to get my laptop checked due to my fans overworking. Sadly, I had to leave back to the east coast in August and the parts that were needed wouldn’t have come in for another month or so. Sali was extremely kind and double checked my laptop to make sure that it was a fan issue (could be more) and was so kind to not charge me for the initial checkup of the problem. The location is easy to get to, there’s lots of parking available, the shop itself is clean and the workers there are lovely. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Sali!
