Little messy inside but brought an old Moto Z2 Play in to finalize my failed battery self install. Done when promised, phone looked as good as new and works fine. I’m happy.

Garbage screen quality do not come here the screen is more different then a regular apple screen they use low quality screens the whole screen shattered and has black lines throughout it after a tiny drop with a screen protector.

At first I had a weird feeling about this place because many iPhone repair stores try to take your money. I used to go to a different iPhone repair shop but they closed down so i decided to take a chance with James at xFixit. He gave me his honest opinion which I appreciate. He told me not to invest and to buy a new ipod instead. He is an honest man and will not take your money or rip you off. His customer service was excellent and I really appreciate his feed back. I would recommend anyone that needs to get an electronic device fixed to check xFixit first. Very professional and better service than any other iPhone repair shop that i have been to. Thank you James. You have gained a new customer and I will continue to go with you.

Wife dropped her iPhone 7 Plus while we were in Savannah. saw that xFixit had the best prices (by far! At least $50 less than others) and decent reviews. Very friendly and helpful staff, phone was fixed right in front of us in under an hour. This was 2 weeks ago, just finally got back home and have time to post the review, and still no complaints, all around great business

This was such a lovely experience after having had not one but two unpleasant experiences with another repair shop. So glad that I did not leave my iPad with the other shop to be repaired and discovered xFixit. I was treated respectfully and kindly and the repair was accomplished within two hours. I am more than happy with every aspect of my experience with this shop and plan to let friends know they can get repairs done quickly for a fair price and be treated with respect. I’ll be coming here for any future repairs I have. Hands down the best in Savannah. Very honest and reasonable prices! I brought my iPhone 6 in because (I thought) the charger port needed replacing as well as a faulty ear piece. Turns out the charger port just needed cleaning. I dropped the phone off and when he told me it’d be done in an hour with a new ear piece and cleaning the port and would cost $60, I couldn’t believe it. I ran a few errands and within the hour he called and said it was done. The phone worked like new! What an incredible experience!

I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the service here. In one week I brought in 4 items (2 laptops and 2 phones) and it got fixed so quick that I couldn’t believe it. One laptop had a water damage and I thought it would never work. The other one had a broken screen for almost a year. Both phones had cracked screens, but one of them was completely damaged and bent. He was able to fix that phone and make it look brand new in just less than 2 hours. How amazing is that? They continued impressing me because I thought that none of those items would ever work again.
Their customer service and professionalism is an A++++++. Very friendly staff and a reasonable price. I will for sure be coming here if I have something else that needs to be fixed. I strongly recommend trying them out. They are fast and very efficient at their job. Thank you for the amazing job Xfixit!!!!!
