Strong independent woman who leads by example. Believes that everyone needs protection for the worst day of their families lives. I chose this career path for the financial freedom and flexible schedule. I enjoy traveling but I also work very hard to ensure that I can have the lifestyle that I want, and I can continue to spoil my bunnies. This career has made me grow and develop in not only the company but as a person as well. I’ve had some great successes but am looking to build a team that can share in that success and build on it.
My Story
Where did I start?
I was in insurance, started with other companies, what made it difficult was that I had to find my own clients, which was difficult when all my peers were 21 like me. So I didn't end up being successful.So I went into the banking industry to make ends meet. I worked 2 jobs at CIBC & Rodgers. Since joining AIL I have made it to multiple conventions and conferences, multiple production awards and have made Gold Club.It hasn’t been easy but with hard work and determination I was able to get to where I am. I hope to grow a successful team that we can all grow and shine together. The key to success in this industry is having a good system and following it.
When did I get my first success?
